There are over a hundred workouts to choose from on the site which makes it fast and easy to pick a routine each day – even when you are on the go or away from home. Today I went back to the 600 rep sexier body workout from March. My goal is to beat my own personal best time from the last time I did this workout. Make sure you write down your times and scores so that you can keep track of your progress. It took me 32 minutes and 11 seconds the last time I did this workout so I decided to make my training short but still very hard and intense. I set my Gymboss Interval Timer for 13 rounds of two intervals. The first interval was 5 seconds and the second one was 55 seconds long. I gave myself only 5 seconds to get into position for the next exercise. You can find the full description of this workout with pictures here. Notice that there are only 10 exercises in this workout, but for 3 of them you have to switch legs and that’s why I set my timer for 13 rounds instead of just 10. Push hard, because 10 minutes will go really fast and you have to take your body through hell to get the best results possible. Remember that results won’t come to you without a real effort. Maximum effort = Maximum results. I hope that you will enjoy this workout as much as I did this morning.
